Lymphatic Drainage Therapist
Lymphatic Drainage Therapist – Clinical, Calm, and Collaborative
Castrell Neuromuscular Therapy | San Jose, CA | Part-Time or Full-Time
Do you love the subtle power of lymphatic drainage work—and want to be part of a clinic that actually understands its value?
At Castrell Neuromuscular Therapy, we’re not a spa. We’re a clinical bodywork practice focused on precision, outcomes, and interdisciplinary care. We’re now looking for a certified Lymphatic Drainage Therapist who brings clinical presence, gentle precision, and professionalism to every session.
What You’ll Find Here:
A steady stream of clients seeking pre/post-op care, systemic inflammation support, and chronic illness recovery
A quiet, respectful clinical setting that honors deep, focused work
A team that understands the importance of the nervous system and fluid dynamics
Optional opportunity to integrate craniosacral and/or structural manual therapy into care plans
You’re a Fit If You:
Are CAMTC certified
Have verifiable training and experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder, Chikly, or equivalent)
Can hold therapeutic space without talking through the session
Are gentle, but confident
Are organized, dependable, and respectful of documentation and clinical structure
Can work independently without constant oversight—but collaborate when needed
Bonus If You Also Have:
Training in Craniosacral Therapy (Upledger or equivalent)
A foundation in orthopedic or neuromuscular manual therapy
Experience supporting clients with chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, autoimmune dysfunction, or post-surgical recovery
What We Offer:
Hourly + performance commission compensation
Mentorship and collaboration in an interdisciplinary environment
Steady, clinically referred clientele (not coupon-chasers)
A peaceful space designed for therapeutic work—not retail massage
Advanced equipment and adjunctive tools (e.g., red light, shockwave, vibration) available to enhance results if desired
Not a Fit If:
You see lymphatic work as spa-style fluff
You need constant reminders to stay on task
You resist documentation, clinical protocols, or collaboration
