Massage Therapist - Clinical, Adaptable and Critical Thinker
Castrell Neuromuscular Therapy | San Jose, CA | Part-Time progressing to Full Time
Do you approach bodywork like a clinical puzzle—not a routine to get through?
At Castrell Neuromuscular Therapy, we don’t do fluff. We deliver assessment-driven, neuromuscular and orthopedic manual therapy to professionals who are serious about solving pain and dysfunction.
We’re looking for a therapist with solid training in neuromuscular, orthopedic, or structural bodywork, who can think critically, adapt skillfully, and work independently within a structured clinical framework.
What You’ll Find Here:
A structured clinical system to guide assessment and documentation
Space to adapt and think—we value intelligence, not compliance
A steady stream of clients who need real solutions, not a nap
A supportive, low-drama environment with team-wide standards
A pay structure that rewards consistency and client impact
Compensation:
Hourly pay + performance commission
Raises and bonus opportunities based on clear performance milestones
You’re a Fit If You:
Are CAMTC certified
Already trained in neuromuscular, orthopedic, or structural bodywork
Value structure, but know how to adapt it to real-world clients
Are a critical thinker who solves problems, not just follows routines
Don’t need to be micromanaged—you’re a “what needs to happen next” kind of person, not a “when can I leave?” one
Communicate professionally, document clearly, and own your time and work
Not a Fit If:
You need constant reminders to stay productive
You rely on “vibes” instead of assessments
You can’t handle feedback or resist structure
You’re not already competent in clinical massage methods
What You’ll Do:
Perform intake assessments and movement testing
Deliver therapy that responds to client data, not guesswork
Maintain a clean, professional treatment space
Follow clinic rebooking and communication protocols
Contribute to a team driven by results, integrity, and clinical reasoning

What You’ll Find Here:
A steady stream of clients seeking pre/post-op care, systemic inflammation support, and chronic illness recovery

Have verifiable training and experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder, Chikly, or equivalent)
Can hold therapeutic space without talking through the session
Are gentle, but confident

Customer Support Specialist (CAMTC Certified – Client-Facing Role)
Castrell Neuromuscular Therapy | San Jose, CA | Full-Time or Part-Time
Are you a CAMTC-certified massage therapist who excels at communication and organization—but would rather focus on supporting clients than performing hands-on work all day?
We’re hiring a Customer Support Specialist to be the first voice and face clients encounter—someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and intelligence to every interaction.
This is not just a front desk job. It’s a client-facing role that requires clinical understanding, emotional intelligence, and proactive follow-through.

Handle light admin duties (forms, inventory checklists, intake review)
You’re a Fit If You:
Are CAMTC certified and can speak knowledgeably about manual therapy
Are naturally pleasant and grounded—clients feel safe with you
Think like a problem-solver, not just an order-taker
Don’t wait to be told what to do—you see what needs to happen and take initiative
Can balance warmth with firm professionalism when setting boundaries or expectations
Are comfortable with both in-person interaction and multi-line phone calls
What We Offer:
Hourly pay with performance incentives
A supportive, structured team
Paid training in our clinical model and service language
Room to grow within the clinic or transition into part-time bodywork if desired
A role where your clinical background is respected—even if you’re not on the table
Not a Fit If:
You dislike talking to people
You need constant supervision to stay on task
You’re not CAMTC certified or comfortable discussing therapy protocols
You struggle with multitasking or follow-through
