Are you a CAMTC-certified massage therapist who excels at communication and organization—but would rather focus on supporting clients than performing hands-on work all day?
We’re hiring a Customer Support Specialist to be the first voice and face clients encounter—someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and intelligence to every interaction.
This is not just a front desk job. It’s a client-facing role that requires clinical understanding, emotional intelligence, and proactive follow-through.
What You’ll Do:
Answer phones with clarity, empathy, and clinical insight
Greet and support clients as they arrive at the clinic
Manage client flow, scheduling, and appointment confirmations
Educate clients about our services, assessments, and packages
Collaborate with therapists to ensure accurate intake and handoff
Handle light admin duties (forms, inventory checklists, intake review)
You’re a Fit If You:
Are CAMTC certified and can speak knowledgeably about manual therapy
Are naturally pleasant and grounded—clients feel safe with you
Think like a problem-solver, not just an order-taker
Don’t wait to be told what to do—you see what needs to happen and take initiative
Can balance warmth with firm professionalism when setting boundaries or expectations
Are comfortable with both in-person interaction and multi-line phone calls
