Todd Park

Todd Park, the founder of Park Rehab, is a dedicated physical therapist with over four decades of experience in treating musculoskeletal disorders.

Todd’s path to becoming a physical therapist began with his own struggle with back pain. As a teenager, he sought ways to understand and alleviate his discomfort, which ignited his passion for studying the human body. His desire to find effective solutions for his own pain soon turned into a career-long commitment to helping others with similar challenges. Todd embarked on his educational journey, earning his bachelor’s degree, then a master’s degree, and ultimately a doctorate in physical therapy. This rigorous education equipped him with a deep understanding of how the body works and how to effectively treat musculoskeletal conditions.

Throughout his career, Todd has focused his expertise on treating complex musculoskeletal disorders, particularly back and knee pain. His passion for understanding the intricacies of the back has led him to study this area intensively for more than 40 years. Todd believes that the back is one of the most complicated parts of the human body, requiring continuous learning and adaptation to stay ahead of new treatment methods. This commitment to lifelong learning has been a cornerstone of his practice, as he continuously seeks ways to improve his treatment methods and patient outcomes.

One of the core principles that drives Todd’s work at Park Rehab is the concept of Kaizen, which means continuous, never-ending improvement. This philosophy is central to the clinic’s approach to care, ensuring that both the team and the treatments evolve to meet the changing needs of patients. By applying this mindset, Todd and his team have been able to stay on the cutting edge of physical therapy, incorporating innovative treatment techniques and modalities into their practice.

Park Rehab has become known for its use of advanced, cutting-edge treatments. Todd has incorporated modalities such as shockwave therapy and the use of Red Cord Neurac, a unique treatment system from Norway. Red Cord utilizes slings and cords to help stabilize the spine, improving posture and function. These advanced treatments, alongside other regenerative techniques that promote tissue healing, have resulted in significant improvements for many patients at Park Rehab.

At the heart of Todd’s mission is helping patients regain independence in their daily lives. He firmly believes that no one should have to live in chronic or acute pain, and he works tirelessly to ensure that patients can return to their normal activities, whether it’s physical fitness, hobbies like gardening or golf, or even just walking or working without discomfort. Todd finds immense fulfillment in seeing his patients return to the activities they love, knowing that their recovery is a direct result of his dedication and expertise.

Todd’s commitment to his patients extends beyond just treating physical pain. He is passionate about ensuring that everyone in his community has access to high-quality care that can help them lead fulfilling lives. The clinic’s focus on helping people return to their daily routines, work, and hobbies, without the need for invasive treatments, has made it a cornerstone of support for those in need of rehabilitation.
