He is excellent at not only explaining an exercise but also exactly the point of that exercise, exactly what area of the body is benefiting from it. He also is terrific at praising and giving positive support. I am someone who tends to be very hard on themselves if I don\u2019t do the exercise very well or struggle to do it, and Andy\u2019s encouragement makes me persist rather than give up, and I can\u2019t thank him enough for helping me in that way. There is also the very positive element that we always somewhere in the session have a laugh, which with someone like me recently diagnosed with a major illness finds so beneficial. So, 5 stars from me! My problems were with walking, managing stairs, balance, and shortness with my left leg. With exercises from Simpson Physio and suggesting insoles I am now doing a lot better with walking and stairs.
