Can anything be done to improve the muscle and joint stiffness you have with PD?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The short answer is\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 <strong>Yes, we can<\/strong> make really great improvements in muscle and joint stiffness (this isn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t just for our client\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s with PD, by the way!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The long answer is <strong>Yes \u00e2\u20ac\u201c but<\/strong> what we do depends on why the stiffness is there and what muscles and joints it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s affecting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some top tips that DO NOT involve changing\/increasing your PD medication to help improve your muscle stiffness with PD<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol type=\"1\">\n<li>Get neuro active DAILY!
